Today I continue my fantasty baseball rankings by listing, in order, my starting pitcher rankings.
Pitcher rankings are a bit tricky.
It is important to consider where a pitcher fits in the starting rotation.
In the rankings below, I list the slot of the pitcher in the rotation, as of this date.
You will note that some pitchers are actually ranked ahead of their projected rotation slot.
Managers often set rotations to meet the health needs/and or expected opposition.
There is a huge difference between pitching on fantasy rosters and pitching in major league games.
Fantasy rankings incorporate all pitching categories.
Major League clubs may take a different approach in the way they slot pitchers. For example: Much may have to do with the strengths/weaknesses of the upcoming opposition.
